MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATIONS:
GOLF
This is our Full Membership, with unlimited privileges at the club, including unlimited access to our 7-acre driving range, unlimited golf privileges year-round, as well as unlimited use of all clubhouse amenities.
GOLF INTERMEDIATE
This is the same as our Golf Membership for those under 35 years of age.
SPORTS
With our sports membership, you get all of our wonderful clubhouse amenities and can play golf twice a month from November through April. There is also a restriction on play after 12:00 p.m. on Fridays or Saturdays before 12:00 p.m. You also get unlimited access to our driving range. This is a great starter membership for families – unlike many country clubs in the area, there are no restrictions as to when women and children can play at the club! You also get unlimited use of our tennis facilities.

NATIONAL
Our national membership is a fantastic opportunity for people whose primary residence is not in the state of Florida. Only 25 will be available and will give you full seasonal privileges. With your pre-paid dues, you get unlimited use of our driving range and practice facility and all of the other amenities of the sports membership. With so many people spending winters in Florida, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain access to one of the most superb golf courses and country clubs in the area! And Feather Sound is one of a very few private clubs which offer this option.
CLUBHOUSE
With our Clubhouse Membership, you get unlimited use of all clubhouse amenities, including our swimming pool, fitness center, members’ dining room and bar areas. You may also play golf once a month for a fee, with some restrictions. If you wish, you can also pay an additional $35 a month for unlimited tennis.
CORPORATE / GOLF
This is the same as our Golf Membership, and your company can designate 4 people as members.The unique thing about our Corporate Membership is that you can re-designate the person who holds the membership 4 times in the life of the membership. If the personnel in your company changes, you can re-designate within 30 days and your company doesn’t lose the initiation fee!
Full Corporate members are also given 12 dining cards at no charge.
LIMITED CORPORATE
This is the same as Golf Membership, but with 2 corporate designees.
Limited Corporate members are also given 6 dining cards at no charge.
EXECUTIVE / CLUBHOUSE
This is the same as Clubhouse Membership (See above), with 4 corporate designees.

**Food & Beverage Minimum is 25% of the annual total from January through March, 50% for April through September, & 25% for October through December.
All memberships are for the entire household, even unmarried children if they are attending college up to the age of 23.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE REQUIREMENT
In order to maintain high quality dining room service as well as the best quality and variety of food for our members, we have a food and beverage requirement at Feather Sound. All categories have the requirement, 
which differs for each of our various member classifications. The food and beverage requirement is an annual minimum which is billed quarterly. Everything you eat and drink at the club goes towards this annual minimum. One popular option which many of our members take advantage of is the food to go option: bring your lunch or dinner home with you and count this toward your minimum! Other fun ways to satisfy this requirement is to hold a one-time event for your family and friends. At certain wine tastings you can also buy wine.
However, our members do not find this requirement a burden – we have excellent food at Feather Sound and have received accolades again and again! Our purpose in doing this at Feather Sound is to be able to provide you with the highest quality food and service possible.
Additional information
Feather Sound is not an equity club, but rather under single independent ownership. The median age of our members is now 48 years of age. One of the things that is very important to us at Feather Sound is the integration of new members. This is accomplished in many ways, including through golf, tennis, wine tastings, couples golf, jazz nights, happy hours, member mixers and other events. We hope that the value of the membership to you is that the club will be your home away from home – people know you and will meet. And your membership will become more valuable as you network and meet other members.
